Un arbre à feuilles caduques ou à feuilles persistantes. Il atteint 15 m de haut. Les feuilles jaunissent en tombant. Les feuilles ont des dents le long du bord. Les fleurs sont blanches. Le fruit est charnu et ovale et mesure 2 cm de diamètre. Il a une grosse graine{{{0(+x) (traduction automatique).
