Une figue. C'est un arbre. Il atteint environ 15 m de haut. Habituellement, il vit en poussant et attaché à d'autres arbres. L'écorce est grise et ridée lorsqu'elle est sèche. La croissance feuillue à la base de la feuille est ovale et longue de 1,2 à 2,5 cm. Il laisse une cicatrice facile à voir. La tige de la feuille mesure de 6 à 8 cm de long. Le limbe de la feuille est en forme de cœur ou ovale et mesure 6-13 cm de long sur 6-11 cm de large. C'est un peu coriace. La base est largement en forme de coin et se rétrécit jusqu'à la pointe. Il y a 4 veines près de la base puis 5-6 veines secondaires de chaque côté de la veine principale. Normalement, il y a une paire de figues à l'aisselle des feuilles. Parfois, ils sont en groupes sur des branches plus anciennes sans feuilles. Ils ont des taches sombres quand ils sont jeunes. Ils sont violet foncé à maturité. Ils sont ronds et sans tiges. Ils mesurent 1 à 1,5 cm de diamètre. Il n'y a que quelques fleurs mâles dispersées parmi les autres fleurs{{{0(+x) (traduction automatique).
